Delete from inside the app (recommended)
You can permanently delete your account and all your server data from inside the app, instantly:
- Open Trophic AI and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account.
- Once you confirm, your account and server data are deleted irreversibly.
Deletion request by e-mail
If you cannot access the app, send an e-mail with the subject "account deletion" from the address you signed in with to destek@trophicai.com. Requests are completed within one month under the GDPR and within 30 days under the Turkish KVKK.
What is deleted?
- Your account (including its link to your Google or Apple sign-in)
- Your profile and goal data (height, weight, goals)
- All your food diary and scan records
What is kept?
- Your food photos are never stored on our servers; the copies on your device are removed when you delete the app.
- The free-scan counter tied to a device identifier may be kept without any personal data (abuse prevention).
- Product information added to the shared product database from label scans (barcode, product name, nutrition values per 100 g) contains no personal data and is not deleted.
